The HD4830 uses less power than the 8800GT though, so temps should be fine at low fan speed. I bought a second hand T-Rad2 for my HD4830 but the XFX cooler is so good I keep putting it off. it can run idle at only 400rpm fan speed, and load you can keep it at 1200-1500 depending on the game. Most lightweight games can run at 900rpm or so. (the fan goes up to 4000!) Auto is pretty noisy, but use manual in catalyst and it's pretty solid, and the card exhausts out the back. It's also one of the only cards I've had where you can turn the fan completely off in catalyst, not that it's recommended!
The Vortexx Neo has dropped in price quite a bit and TBH for around £11 is excellent value for money:
