I must admit that I am still happy with my choice of system. I was a little worried about the 860, but it's not radically better at the same price. If I was buying now I would happily go with either system depending on the best deal I could get at the time. If was on a budget, then it's still AMD 955 vs i5 750.
I can't see any losers on any of those choices.

As you can imagine I have been looking at all the available reviews and TBH i have drawn the same conclusion. I think I will still go for the 920/P6TDeluxe combination - just might hold on a little until the 920 prices have dropped a bit (if they hopefully do!!)

Well I got my MSI P55 mobo for £65...now I just need to buy the i5 750 and RAM, and overclock it to the max I just can't justify the i7 860 at £230. It's too much of a price hike.
