    Ta fer de input.

The SFF thing doesnt REALLY take up less space - still need the desk and the chair, it still has as many cables.

Maybe smaller but still a hassle to move from room to room, even more to move to the garden.

I may have gone of the DELL, have been in email contact with ROCK about this badboy - which I think you will agree is schweet.

Has anyone ever tried using the tv out of a laptop for gaming? This thing outputs DTS sound and I would love to get full 5.1 on my home theatre system and game through the telly.

The HP is a nice system, but the 5600go GFX are a bit lacking compared to the M11 9700 from ATI.

I know the upgrade path of a laptop is limited - sometimes the CPU and GFX can be upgraded sometimes not.

But for me this is a good thing, as buying a new machine for 1000-1500 quid every 2-3 years would have been a lot cheaper than all the constant product cycles I insanely kept up with over the last 5-6 years.

Yup I know, but as i said having no upgrade path is better for me. Kinda stops me spending money when the upgrade madness takes hold.
