Ok birthday money is burning a hole in my wallet and I have ~£82 on RAM. I saw this. Worth it? or is it best to just go with 1600mhz c7-8?

TBH, I wouldn't even bother with 1600MHz RAM unless the price difference was tiny....plus Intel systems don't seem to benefit much from faster RAM (and can cause heat issues due to how the voltage for the RAM works now) and a number of AMD DDR3 systems will not work with RAM set > 1066MHz.
Your system specs show a DDR2 motherboard though, DDR3 will not fit. If you have changed your system recently, what motherboard do you have?

GD65 - it's for a new build lol
How about Ballistix memory here at £67.58:

Why didn't I see this earlier [facepalm]. thanks a bunch.
I have the Geil stuff and it's working like a charm at 2GHz.
Workstation: Antec 902, Intel i5-750 Quad @ 4GHz (1.30V), Corsair H50, Gigabyte GA-P55-UD4, 4GB Geil Ultra Series PC3-17000 @ 2000MHz CAS8, 8800GT, 2x2x1TB Spinpoint F3 RAID0 (roll on EFI and cheap SSD!!!)
HTPC/File Server: Antec 900, Intel E3200 Dual @ 4Ghz (1.36V), Akasa Nero, ASUS P5Q Pro, 9400GS, 4GB DDR2, 1x750GB Spinpoint F1, 4x750GB Hitachi Deskstar RAID5
Any reason not to go for this on a slightly unrelated note?

There is that. The guy says I am willing to declare lower value but that seems slightly completely illegal to me
True.
- If it dies before the end of it's warranty you might have trouble
- You will probably get charged import fees, plus an administration fee by Royal Mail
- It's only £12
- It will take a lot longer to come than from SCAN

Get the GeiL stuff.

for all intents it seems to be the same card minus some gays name on it and a shielded cover ? with OEM added to it - GoNz0.
Oh right, just that nightkaos mentioned issues with too much heat being produced at > 1600mhz, i guess at 1.6v volts it can't be too bad?
Its no so much the speed, but the volts as you mentioned, G.skill do 1600MHz RAM that runs @ 1.35v. Get the Geil kit and just run them at 1333MHz and lowish latencies such as 7-7-7-20 - for example.
If you was going to be overclocking anyway you'd have the RAM set to 800MHz (lowest ratio for GD65) and 1.5v and let it overclock from there knowing its still going to function at least up to 1066 @ 1.5v while you bash away pushing up the CPU clock and voltage.
