Wow - http://www.scan.co.uk/Product.aspx?WebProductId=1125155 quite a price tag.
Alternatively you could buy a 5850 (and have some change!)
it's just not worth a single penny over £140 dependign on the overcloking performance of course...
You gotta wonder why bit-tech.net where having really crappy performance, especially compared to those that I saw over at guru3d.com. I've not read either review all the way threw (nor do I intend to, tell me when I it supports a 9800gx2 and 4850x2 and i'll be a happy boy) so cannot comment on the different system specs and software, but thats a big fail by bit-tech!

Oh I haven't seen other reviews yet, cheers I'll check them out.
Even MSI admit performance is terrible

it is very strange, why would you bother running in x-mode when it's slower then the single fastest card in that system? the only advantage seems to be the possibility of running either sli or cf on the same board, but then most x58's will do that for you anyway...?
guru3d does seem to suggest different results with positive gains with the latest generation of GPUs from both nvidia and amd in x-mode and oddly greater percentage of gains from last generation hardware Gf 9xxx and RD 4xxx
suggests that there may be a market for this board, but probably more so after a couple iterations of the hardware/drivers or if your planning on running older GPUs
