    Gigabyte GA-EX58-UD3R or Gigabyte GA-EX58-UD5R

    Hello All,
looking at these 2 for a new build. Could any one tell me if the extra £40.00 for the UD5 is worth it?
I have read a review that the UD5 runs cooler?
    Thank you all in advance.

Re: Gigabyte GA-EX58-UD3R or Gigabyte GA-EX58-UD5R

Temperature of chipset isn't really such an issue as it used to be now that the memory controller is in the CPU with i7s. The only real importance of the UD5 is the extra features it has, like dual LAN, extra S-ATA ports and so on.
