Wanted: Someone to test an AM2+ Phenom

I've sold my AM2+ mobo now.. and ebayed the phenom from it seperately and it's been returned as not working, which is weird as it was fine.

Anyone fancy testing it for me?

It's a Phenom X4 9600 Black edition (2.3gz)

It was fine, so no idea what's occured.

Anyone fancy a go... if it works for you and you like it it'll be cheap to buy from me too.. if it's dead I'll pay you to post it back.

I need to strip down my HTPC in the next couple of weeks, so if you want I can test it for you - not interested in purchasing it though as I've got no real use for it, unless it was so cheap that I just couldn't resist dropping it into desktop #2

Although i'm fairly sure i'm not near you so it's a bit pointless paying for postage if there is someone nearer that can do it

I'd offer as well as getting my first AMD (for years) rig up & running (should be thursday for courier to arrive) Don't think I'm near to you though so prob go with jim
