4gb 1333mhz ram at a draw dropping £40 Aparently there are going to be ram price drops very soon.

I think the 6750 end up costing roughly what the 460 does now with the 6770 sitting where the 5850 is.
I always get these things wrong.
I would check that the RAM has no issues with the motherboards I have suggested. Asus also do a nice mATX 880G based motherboard too for around £80:

The 1600MHZ RAM probably will be better for higher overclocks but TBH with the unlocked multiplier on the 955BE 1333MHZ DDR3 should be fine IMHO. If you are going for a mATX motherboard anyway you tend to have more limited overclocking ability.
I would also check the NZXT Vulcan I suggested:

The mini-P180 is a prettier and better built case but is very heavy. The NZXT Vulcan is more of a LAN case and even comes with a handle.
The 880G based motherboards come with an IGP so you could use this until the new graphics cards are released.
ATM,I would not pay more than around £200 for an HD5850 1GB. The GTX460 1GB can be had for around £170 and is also worth looking at too. Supposedly, the HD6000 will have improved tessellation performance over the HD5000 series.
cheers CAT.
I will check out any probs with that ram, but does seem like a bargain. Im more than happy with the mini-P180. Anything smaller than my Wavemaster is a bonus. Not a big fan of the bling on the vulcan but cheers.
Im building mainly for the new call of duty and medal of honor thats coming out so will need a card before the 9th Nov.

Check the dimensions of the P180 mini - it is fairly heavy, and it's a bit larger than I expected, only a bit smaller than my admittedly small antec 300. AMD 6000 series should be out in october, try to get one at launch though or it might be stock shortage for the next 3 months as usually is the case.

Too Early. October is my best guess tbh, Ask around.
Price is unknown I think, but performance wise, the 6770 is supposed to use less power than a 5850 but be around as powerful I believe.

Would be a pure guess if I said yes.
Sorry to Op for a little thread hijack, but it is regarding the 6000 series card. i have found this article
http://www.techeye.net/chips/amd-pos...radeon-hd-6000
It states the cards being delayed til november. Now i dont know how reputable this website is (found it through google), but if it is true it could impact his decision to buy now or wait.

Personally I wouldn't wait, I'd just get the best card you can afford now (or whenever you plan to get it), I always found waiting for something often ends up with the thing being higher priced or poorer performing than expected.
