why are you worried about how many fans its got....they're just gonna help the fire to really take hold Besides, the hamsters in there get HOT with all the whizzing around!

Agent....if you ever feel the need to do a review on something like that, tell me and I'll pay for the item just for a laugh....so long as its cheapish. Its about time one of our finest Moderators got his hands on some kit and mutilated it! Its not really front page stuff, but LOADS of guys here would LOVE to see you do a review...we could have it in here in the Forum itself!

So funny how everyone's saying how awful this thing is "bound to be".

Then again that always tends to happen!

LOL - Agent, i'd pay to see you taking a big stick to a Q-Tec 550w since your hatred of these is legendary mate (although havign owned one myself i'm certainly not disagreeing with you on this)
if it ain't broke...fix it till it is

Same here, my Q-Tec 400W is holding up like a charm, but if it does decide to bang anytime soon, i won't be the best pleased man in the world

My QTEC 550 was not only the king of random crashes. It then refused to boot onless you unplugged the mains and replugged it in. It then developed an amusing whining noise which got progressively worse until i finally bit the bullet and bought the Tagan.

Hehe ebuyer user reviews. Very few ebuyer user reviewers seem to have the guts to admit they have blown £££ their cash on a turkey, shame really

Most of the reviews are about as useful as a choclate fireguard or enotes
