    Sony Laptop Memory Burnout

Anyone heard of this? I read a post somewhere (unforunately no idea where) saying that Sony had owned up to the RAM burning out on some of their laptop models. It's happened on my GRX316MP, although this wasn't one of the models covered, and I'm looking to chase it up...

Anyone seen anything? It's a lovely laptop, and 256MB RAM doesn't cut it anymore, so would love to get it fixed.

    Cheers
