    SN45G help wanted

hi, i'm thinking about buying a 2nd hand shuttle pc, this si what iu've seen so far-

    Boxed SN45G shuttle.
    Athlon XP2500+ mobile processor.
    80GB Maxtor 7200 RPM DiamondMax Plus 9
    ASUS Geforce TI4200 graphics card

all about 3months old for £245inc. is that a good deal?
or i can have 512mb geil pc3200 ram for an extra £45.

is that a good price? it's fully boxed and as new.

    thanks

Yeah thats a pretty good deal for an SN45, they're worth every penny imo. So stable its not true, i've been running mine at 8/10 days at a time through the hot weather at stock speed and it just keeps going

Sounds good to me. The 2500m should overclock well. You should also get 2x memory to run in dual channel mode. Just don't adjust the memory volts in bios!

not too bad as long as a few mods are made

    1. get rid of the stock sunon fan
    2. get a silentX 250w PSU
    3. cut out the rear fan grille

You have made a wise choice, i love my SN45G
