    If you are just looking to get 200fsb. Then you will be safe with any branded pc3200 that is compatible. As that will run synced at 200fsb.

    Me thinks the best twinmoss 512 sticks are from Komplett - they are about £80 and they are winbond chips - bh5 i think.
