3 1/4" fan controller recommendations

I am looking to get a 3 1/4" fan controller I only need it for 3 fans, but would be nice if it had a couple of usb ports as well, though that is not necessary, have been able to find a load of 5 1/2" ones.
My criteria are, 1.cheap 2. don't mind knobs and 3. did I mention cheap it can look ugly as s### as it will be behind a door and build quality isn't important

Yep they are nice.
one word of warning, the usb internal connections are separate pins not a single block, which can make plugging it in a bit fiddley, esp if you don't have much room to get to the motherboard headers inside your case.
Although it has the advantage of flexability (some older pre-built pc motherboards used non-standard usb header pin layout, I've seen it on loder dell's and compaq's)
