Looking for a new mini itx case that fits atx psu

After mention about how I'm going to build my own case/mod the lian li v351... I hit a massive problem, rendering the project useless, leaving me with a bunch of lian li case parts and no case for my rig.

I'm looking to get a mini itx case that can fit an atx psu and gtx460. All with the smallest foot print possible, height has no issue, but footprint must be small.

Well the Bitfenix Prodigy springs to mind:

The only problem with this case (even thpough for its price its ideal) the foot print is just too large.

Re: Looking for a new mini itx case that fits atx psu

The fortress tf03 is also matx, there is a smaller mini ITX version still needs slot loading http://www.scan.co.uk/products/silve...silver-w-o-psu and it's not much cheaper.
Lian-Li is your other option but again not cheap
PC-Q11 or PC-Q25 (although these are getting slightly hard to find now as I think they now out of production)
These two are basically being replaced by the Q18 http://www.lian-li.com/v2/en/product...s_index=64&g=f
Lian-Li has got some other new mini-itx cases coming out but they are all slimline optical (although not slot loading)

cheap steel, this one http://www.amazon.co.uk/accommodate-...3151307&sr=8-7 not a small foot print,it's a bit long, but it does take full ATX psu and long graphics card.
There's a new mini-ITX case from coolermaster coming out soon http://www.coolermaster.co.uk/produc...roduct_id=6837 looks like it's out now http://www.scan.co.uk/products/coole...4x25-hdd-and-f

If you're willing to mod then this would be a good cheap option http://www.scan.co.uk/products/lian-...m-case-w-o-psu, the motherboard is ontop and exposed, so what you could do is build a box to go ontop converting the case into two bits.

Re: Looking for a new mini itx case that fits atx psu

I think the smallest you'll get is the PC-Q11. It's a mini-ITX tower so it does manage to help you save a lot of space though but tbh I haven't actually done any calculations between the FT series, the Sugo series and Lian Li's other cases.

I know the CM 120 is bigger than the SG05/06 though.
