    Question PC Upgrade

    Hi All,

A friend of mine is planning to upgrade his pc, this is what he has selected.

Now the cpu is fine, but can he get any better on the motherboard?

Retail Boxed AMD Athlon 64 3200 Newcastle 512k Socket 754Pin CPU heatsink and fan supplied.
    Gigabyte GA-K8VT800 Socket 754 VIA K8T800 Lan USB2 FSB800 ATA133
    Generic 400MHz 184Pin 512MB PC3200 DDR RAM DIMM 2.5V 3.2Gb/Sec X2

    Total is £310

    Your recommendation please
