I know this has been answered a few times before but just checking.
I need a scanner for photographic and some slide work. PRobably would be used a fair amount. At the smae time I dont want to spend a bomb. I'm thinking of the Canon 3200f or 8000f.
Probably erring on the side of the cheaper of the two at the moment.
Any ideas?
I went even cheaper than that (Cannon Lide30) and have been extremely impressed by it. Most of the Cannons are stocked at PCW stores, so maybe find a local one and pop down and have a play with a few. That's what I did.

I almost bought the 3200F but went for the Epson 1670 Photo in the end instead - very happy with it to date.
