    3700 OCing

    Hi i sold my 3200 claw and epox 8kda3+ and have ordered a 3700 and dfi board

    What have u guys been getting with your 3700's clockwise and voltage etc

    am i optimistic looking for 2.7ghz on stock cooler? my stock cooler with my 3200 was great 42C load at 1.6v 2.2ghz and 50C load with 1.7v on 2.35ghz

    but im not sure if the 3700's are hot cpus, i wudnt have bought it if that pcw deal didnt come up got a xfx doom3 bundle gt and 3700 for £500, thanks to you guys

    youll be lucky to find anyone on here with a 3700 piggy, there pretty rare cpus as theyve only just come out and are damn expensive, would be nice to see if there are tho, and how yours clocks

    as soon as my dfi board arrives ill let ya know tho i only ordered mine on thursday so iv missed the first batch OcUK have gotten in, maybe end of week ill have me setup finsihed once again

    cool cool 3700s are 2.4ghz right? i guess 2.5/6 should be easy enough, with a decent board like the DFI, if you can sort out a decent HSF for it 2.7 might just be possible...but again these are pretty new chips so who knows how theyll go, but im sure youll be able to get a bit more juice out of it

    I wish i had a 3700+ 64 i could try for you but i don't

    So you will just have to let us all know when you get yours just don't fry it as i don't think that deals going to last much longer
