    @ Ben.

I wasn't using any program which probably explains why I couldn't do it. The iaudio & iriver are just seen as removeable hard drives in Win XP , not need to use a program, just drag & drop straight away.

The Jet audio software that comes with the M3 is ok, better than the Iriver software but probably not as good as Media Monkey. However it is updated regularly as is the M3 player's firmware. I also read a rumour that ID3 tag support maybe just around the corner for the M3

Well apple aren't known for making things simple are they . Theres a FAQ on ipodlounge.com so go to http://www.ipodlounge.com/faqs_more.php?id=110_0_10_0_C and read it. Ignore the second paragraph.

I also forgot to mention this site for all things iaudio

    http://www.iaudiophile.net

I've not thoroughly had a look round but it looks pretty good and has a wealth of information. So anybody thinking of getting one should check it out.

I guess it comes down to preference with these things. I'm stuck between the iRiver and iAudio tbh.
