Well it is a 3400 skt 754 cpu and i have an x800 pro gfx card. Plus 1 dvd drive, 1 floppy, 1 sata hdd, 1 soundcard.4x fans.

EG365P-VE is 350w iirc, should be more than fine
I just wanted to make sure that there were no special connections needed from the psu to the mobo. I only ask because the psu does not have amd 64 bit certification on the box.

No, any socket 754 board will just have standard ATX (and maybe p4) connectors.
