MSI FM2-A75IA-E53 help!

Hey guys. A friend has lent me there htpc to be borrow. It has an A10-5700 on a MSI FM2-A75IA-E53 motherboard. I don't have the driver CD so I have been getting the drivers off the msi website. The main issue I am having is that the graphical drivers don't seem to be installing properly because when I go to the catalyst control centre all I have access to are options to alter the cpu and no control over the gpu. There are literally zero options for the gpu in the CCC. I can't change the resolution in there like you can normally do with ATI cards.

How do i fix this guys!?

I could really do with some help with this guys. It seems the version of CCC that comes with the chipset drivers completely overwrites any version of CCC that I subsequently install for the HD 7660D. It is a completely pain in the backside because without the chipset drivers CCC works as it should be the computer is completely unstable :S.

Please guys I am begging you help me with this. This problem is driving me mad. I have tried reinstalling these drivers about 50 times. It is so retarded I have no idea why they would make it so that cpu tweaking trumps gpu. If I wanted to faff with the cpu I would use the sodding bios. Instead I am stuck being completely unable to alter the most basic graphical settings through CCC because the options just aren't there.

What operating system your friend's HTPC is running? Did you have a look on AMD site rather than MSI for graphics driver?

It is running windows 7 and I have tried the drivers from both sites :S

I would love to help but unfortunately I haven't encountered any of the issues you are experiencing.
What if you install from the MSI website only and first the mobo/CPU drivers, then restart and then GPU drivers?

If you open up device management and expand Display Adapter, does it show anything there? Also is there any unknown devices shown under other devices?

Would i be correct in thinking that this motherboard has built in graphics? if so have you downloaded the correct suite? as from memory the on board gpu's are classed as "mobile" so for arguments sake the same as a motherboard from a laptop.

I solved it! Thanks for the help guys. Basically to anyone else who has this problem what I did was uninstall basically all of the drivers. I then installed the latest gpu drivers for Apus from the AMD website. I then rebooted. Once I rebooted I installed the system drivers called "amd_chipset_driver_w7". I selected custom installation and installed everything except the display drivers and CCC bit. I now have all of the options I should have in CCC and the computer is stable because it has all of the chipset drivers. woo hoo!
