    Question Ram Recomendations?

Ok guys, at the moment Ive got 1 x 512mb of Corsair XMS3200LLPT in my A64 rig, but since my motherboard (K8V) sux for overclocking, I dont really need such "high performance" ram, so Im probly looking to sell it and replace it with 2 x 512mb "value" type Dimms (since I need 1gig of ram now days)

Anyone able to give me some recomendations on brands (and / or retailers) for it?

I was considering the Geil Value DC kit (2x512mb with heatspreaders) But I now hear that they have some capatability problems.

    Cheers all.

You might want to consider Corsair Value Select, decent maufacturer and decent price for a gigabyte (about £125)

Hmm, I dont see how they will help "get the most out of the system". As I have already explained, K8T800 chipsets suck for clocking becuase of a lack of Primary PCI / AGP locks, so Im not interested in high performance / good overclocking ram (If I was, I would keep my Corsair XMS3200LLPT).

Im just looking to see whats out there and then sell the corsair to recoup some of the costs (Since I cannot afford an additional £120(ish) for a 2nd stick of my ram)

I can vouch for the Kingmax memory available from aria. I have used the Turbo PC 3500 and Hardcore PC 4000 in my A64 system with zero problems. 2 x512 will cost £130 and £150 respectively.
