Cheers for that nichomach. I guess then the two board are similar and its already been said that the DFI will hit 220FSB as well and possibly more

My original thought was to go with the 8RDA+ Gipo, however then people started to experience things and my view switched to the NFS-7. But then, lowe and behold on this forum, I started reading the DFI review and I was hooked. GRRRRR damn you hexus

But it isn't on nVidia's list of soundstorm certified boards.
Some manufacturers have the MCP-T but then route sound via a cmedia or realtek processor.

Hmm which in turn equals poorer sound than what the offical soundstorm boards are capable off

I always thought 'soundstorm' referred to the sound included in the motherboard package having spdif/optical included as standard as a non add-in connector.
Motherboards that don't have this included do have 'soundstorm' but just not listed... The sound is all identical on all nforce2 boards?

i got a MSI k7N2 and its a good board for £56. Plus its got XP1800+ running at 2.3Ghz, (200FSB).
