    Cheap as Chips

Hi i am looking(well my sister is but anyways...) for a system under £380 with kb/mouse/and a 15"/17" tft monitor(lack of space). She is in uni and mainly does the following things :

    Word processing
    Slide presentation
    Visual Basic.NET
    Dreamweaver
    Photoshop/Fireworks/Flash
    Surf the net.

The pc needs to be as cheap as possible and stable, and should run these 3 things. Looking at min sys req for VB and DW i found they need no more than 600MHZ with 256MB ram. So, realisticly what can i get for £380. remember cheaper the better ! prefferable the case should be as small as possible.
    AND
Are there any notebooks out there which can run this for less than £550 ??

If she's going to use photoshop you do ideally need 512MB RAM, that's why I included it. You could bring the price down by downgrading to 256MB but I wouldn't recommend that. It's the TFT that brings the price up.

i believe thats without VAT ?
I do not think a barebone would be necesary ? A microATX case would be fine.
Yeah i know, the TFT shoots the price up. and one more thing only a CDROM is required, and wired mouse+kb would do i believe, would help in bringing the price down.
