Trying to attach a 120mm fan to my shuttle with a fan bracket and it's going okay except for these rubber grommets (is that the word for them?) which I can't get to go all the way into the fan.

How do people pull these rubber things through the rest of the fan mouting holes, have tried using tweezers but are too thick. Any ideas?
