Sound Blaster Live! Value

right. I have this card according to windows. The drivers for this ard work so that is ok. What I'm trying to find out is which blummin jacks are for front, rear & centre on the back.

Got 5 holes... yellow - digi out blue, pink (mic), black & green. I assume it IS 5.1 capable cos it's an option in the speakers setup... damned if I can work out what's what tho..
