    Which Revision KV8 Pro?
Are you running 1T or 2T?
Also, which BIOS as the general experience with 19 seems to be a loss of 10-15MHz off max compared to e.g. 17.

If it is this Mushkin you are running it tighter than spec. which may hold back your memory bus speed. Have you dropped your LDT multi?

2T should let you run a higher memory bus speed but with less efficiency so you will have to test which give you better overall performance - 1T at a slower speed or 2T at a higher speed.
Remember that on AMD64 you don't suffer from running memory ratios so nothing to stop you running the CPU at e.g. 10x240 whilst running the memory at 200 (166 ratio).

As for why BIOS 19 has such a marked drop in max. HTT freq., who knows?

Btw this is a worthwhile article on overclocking AMD64.
