It tilts and I like it. Would prefer if it floated.
It hurts if its flat, but it's still usable.

Some keyboards like the one I use at work I have to tilt to make it comfortable. My Cherry that I'm using as I write this I don't tilt.

I can't decide whether I tilt or not... as my keyboard is at a naturally tilted angle! Don't use the feet

Unless you use your keyboard like a typewriter you really shouldn't use the feet, they hurt your wrists if you do as they are permanently at a dodgy angle. If you do one fingered typing then yeah, ok - not going to make much difference but if you leave your wrists on the table then its a bad idea.

Actually, I too have my elbows and forearms flat on the desk, and I use my keyboard tilted, with no pains or aches or anything like that. Have done so for over a year now (Programmer, 8 to 5, 5 days a week). My home setup is also tilted, though I have a chair with armrests and a slightly higher desk, so my wrists are effectively unbent.
