Re: Defective Liquid Freezer II AIOs - Free Service Kit

Unfortunately the iCUE software doesn't let me control my Arctic Freezer and therefore it won't give me access to the System fans, which is a bummer!
I'm guessing the A-RGB protocol includes an identifier signal to the software?

I've just had a fun day getting MSI Center to work again, as I found yet another bug with the 'System Diagnosis' feature. Countless uninstalls re-installs later I've got it working again and adding only the 2 features I need this time rather than trying to be greedy and hope it all magically works.

Sorry MSI, you make fantastic boards, but your Software and User Manuals are a major let down. (In case they ever read this)

The iCUE software wasn't a waste of time though, I didn't realise it was possible to control/monitor the Corsair RAM I have, and I can change the RGB on my K95 keyboard so it will still have it's uses.

No worries, was certainly worth a try and ended up with an unexpected use for it anyway.

It seems that I would need to buy Arctic Freezers controller if I wanted to use their software. However, I didn't see the point at the time because of A-RGB being on the motherboard negating the requirement. Right now it's all working software wise as intended, if I discover some 3rd party A-RGB software I'll revisit it.
