The muppets delivered the wrong stuff I got a 512MB dual channel kit (2x256) instead of the 1GB kit.

edit: Get to work this morning to ring them up, only to find You cannot contact Tekheads by phone!. I've just had my email bounced back saying I'm not a registered customer when I am!. What's more, all the invoice (which isn't even margined correctly) all Tekheads have is a PO Box number. There isn't even a phone number on the website.

This is the first and last time I shall order from this company

edit: so far, so good. I've been contacted by Nigel who's despatched the correct item (I hope) for tomorrow and promised a refund of postage. I'm now waiting for an RMA number; hopefully it'll include free postage back to Tekheads

BTW, the email thing was my fault for using my work email address

I'll leave a review in the users.hexus section when this is all finished, but I'm surprised at some of the high ratings there, especially given the experiences that some describe.

edit: Wow, how many edits? I have an RMA number and confirmation of a new part on the way. I can't believe I have to pay for postage and insurance to send back their mistake!
