3Com OfficeConnect 54G ADSL Router (Wireless) Firewall Issues

just got this router, and it seems pretty reliable and decent as far as home routers go. got a problem with the firewall side of the router. turn it off, all pc's connect fine, turn it on and well, none will connect...

its probably something simple like disabling an option, but it seems a bit strange...

also, if i have the NAT part on, and the main firewall option off, will the NAT still function?
