    I don't think corsairs "pro" series is actually any better, the modules just have the activity leds on them and other than that are the same as their standard counterparts.

    Ordinary RAM would just be something similar to Corsair Value Select, or standard Crucial sticks. At around £60 for 2x512MB, I think it represents better value for money.

    Id suggest you just go for these if you are sticking to tekheads and arent really overclocking. Its not worth the extra for marginally lower latencies and if you arent going to take advantage of overclockability.
