I can only choose one of the following:

6800GT 128MB (asus v9999 overclocked)

OR

2x1GB PC3200 cas3.

Which should I choose?

Be replacing 9600XT Connect3D 256MB or 2x512 PC3200 Cas3.

I want to make my loading times in BF2 shorter, graphics play fine at 1280x1024 medium/high settings as the system is, but load times suck, my friend running on 512MB of High quality RAM on a 2500+ Athlon- XPM gets better loading times then me.

RAM - I would think that would make a much bigger difference, esp. where loading times are concerned.

The graphics card (although isn't that particular ASUS model a bit of a con, if memory serves?).

Bear in mind that stating the CAS latency generally says nothing about the performance of memory. It's just one single operation on the memory bank that takes the least time compared to the actual read or write sequence.

You HDD configuration might well be your loading time bottleneck, too!

I have reinstalled everything onto my Raptor now, running off a VIA VT8237 (My mobo is a bit of balls) under Windows XP 64 Bit edition.

I have removed all uneeded stuff like my MX212 and MBM and so on. Disabled my AV (grudginly) and have my firewall stored on an ICS laptop.
