Using a HD encloser with a seagate 7200rpm drive?

I want to get one of these things as it totally gets rid of HD noise but I don't want it to kill my hd. Would it be ok to use one with my 7200rpm seagate hard drive?

    Thanks guys

depends which one you get. those full enclosures (this one) are meant to be too hot for 7,200rpm drives. but there's a zalman one (zalman one) which should be fine. (or that rubber one you can get as well)

i personally just put the hard drive in the bottom of my case on some foam. makes it much quieter than mounting it in the case, as the case just amplifies the noise.
