Theres a bit in the faq on ocworkbench that buff posted about setting dividers. Also some terms that are used in overclocking are called something else in the bios, the faq helped me a lot.
*nods* it differs depending on the board. My ASRock controlls RAM speed normallised to 200, so the 200 setting is 1:1. If I want to run my CPU at 240 clock but keep my RAM at DDR400, I have to set it to 166 in the BIOS. So despite it saying 166 in the bios, it's actually running at 166/200 * 240 = 200 or DDR400.
