    I didn't think there were any 'x2' drivers, the only thing you need to make sure of is that your 'computer type' is "ACPI Multiprocessor PC" as aposed to "Uniprocessor PC", WinXP setup usually detects this automatically during installation... Besides, even if it was only running on one core it would still perform far better than an Athlon XP 2600+, the graphics card is the obvious bottleneck here. Unless you went from UDMA 133 to an EIDE hard drive.

    Give quite a nice boost to performance and allows windows to make proper use of em
