Which mobo for moderate multimedia/gaming rig? o.o

I am on a relatively tight budget, so cheaper is better as long as it doesn't sacrifice much performance. So out of these

    MSI Neo2-F - $98
    ECS C19-A SLI - $78
    Asus P5LD2 - $117
    Abit AW8 - $120

I really like the MSI, but if anybody here has advice I'd be very happy to hear it!

One of my test boards at work is an AW8 and its bang on, super performance , stable as a house briick and its decent at the old overclock when needed...but only has 1 IDE which can be frustrating...bare that in mind

Oh geez, only 1 IDE? I have an IDE HD and disk drive, plus a floppy. That pretty much fails the Abit then. And supposedly then MSI doesn't work with the Pentium D 920/930/940..so bleh. And the Asus has a really bad PCI slot placement as my GPU has a two-slot cooler. Ouch.

Edit: What about this one? I like the looks, layout and features.
