    Pricecheck - Pentium M 740

    I have a Pentium M 740 (Dothan) - full stepping as follows

    RH80536 740
    Q424A351 SL7SA

I'm considering selling as it's doing nothing - ball park figure?

    Used OEM? £70-£80

    730s go for around £60 and 750s about £90-£100.

I expected used prices to reduce when the Yonahs came out but interest continues to grow for the Dothans so prices have remained steady.

I think it's worth around £40-50, since pentium M cpus are quite common now and it's one of the lower speed 533mhz bus ones. It would possibly go for a bit more if it was on ebay and the bidding for it got a bit heated though.

Looking on ebay shows the prices reaching £50 at the highest, sometimes going as low as £35.
