    its deffo an unlocked one

    mine was 0342

    locked as a padlock with no key

    It's doubtful even that stuff would help at all with these new superlocked CPUs. That stuff is more for the hot non-o/c'able Pally CPUs and maybe the odd TbredA which was locked. So long as your mobo supports multiplier adjustment you should have no problem with an unlocked CPU. Well unless it uses a default multiplier higher than 12.5x which can still trip up many mobos. XP2500+ use 11x BTW.
