Check my spec!

Well all the bits arrived, Ive put it all together and nothing! the PSU or mobo are doa.
The psu doesnt power up, no fans, no noise nothing. Double checked the power switch connection to the mobo. CHanged power lead, checked the fuse.

Ive plugged in the whole atx connecter and the new 4 pin connector that extends the ATX connector + The seperate 4 pin connector that plugs in next to the processor.

So either the PSU is dead or the mobo isnt telling the psu to switch on. argggh c**p. Ill have to try the psu on my socket A see if it starts up, if not its gonna have to go back, its has a 3 year swap out warrenty.

Any tips on fault finding, do i need the 4 pin connector on the end of the ATX connected + the 4 pin 12v connector next to the CPU. Ive tryed it without the CPU.
