it's perfectly fine,
its around 1.450 volts.
Ye, it's an artic 64 pro with some case fans helping .
if i get 2.8, is that good?
It's all relative. What are you using it for?
well i do alot of dvd converting
*nods* well Intel rule the roost on that one, so if you're finding yourself limited by the performance below 2.8 you might want to consider switching, but otherwise I'd have thought you'd be better off with a lower overclock to have better thermal/power figures and better stability.
well im only at 2.7 to see how high i can go, i'll drop it back down soon to around 2.3 / 2.4
seeing as the fx 60 is around £500 or more which runs at 2.6ghz, 2.8 is very good for a budget dual core chip well done
ok heres a couple of pics

what was that pretty looking program u used in pic 1?
With love and many thanks,

My 4600+ is currently at 2.8. It's a good speed for an air cooled athlon. I'm going to try and get to 3.0 or beyond tomorrow when my new PSU arrives.
the pretty program is what come with my motherboard
myn is also on air, so a 3800 that does near a 4600 speeds is brilliant in my eyes.
in the second pic you'll see it's just past 2.7
My new PSU just arrived so I'm off to see how high it will go
