Upgrading computer wat u think

So if i buy that will i still be able to use the cooling fans I have right now or should I just do a complete overhaul and spend a little bit more

depends. it's a boxed processor so will come with a fan. as to whether your case cooling is sufficient, that's hard to tell without some kind of airflow diagram - if you have a digital camera, take a picture of the front & back of the cae, and one of the side with the case panel off, and mark out where the fans are, what way they blow, and what size they are

you can get a reasonable cheap case for about £30 these days, albeit in big heavy steel

Which graphics cards, processors and mobo do u guys recommend that is a good reputable brand

GFx: ATI/nVidia
CPU: AMD/Intel
Mbo: ASUS, ABIT, ECS, Foxconn...a number of good manufacturers around for motherborards really

So basically, Steve B's spec (any of 'em!) have very reputable/reliable components in 'em

Steve B's spec is reasonable - personally I'd choose a different motherboard, but that's largely down to personal taste, and you can spend a LOT on a motherboard if you're not careful

depends on the case. any ATX board will work in a case that's at least ATX. any mATX board will work with any case that's at least mATX.
