    Would £270 be a good price for the above?

    Would i be able to get a decent motherboard for under £65?

    Yeah the price is about right for that second hand.

    You will have to go with a budget board for that price, which could limit your overclockability - you may have to wait for more boards to come out if that's all you have to spend on the motherboard.
