If u are willing to increase the mobo budget u can also try the asus PB5 deluxe version but i heard its a bit fussy with ram (well thinking about it, for that money, u would be better served with the Gigabyte GA 965P-DQ6 )

I checked the DS4 memory compatibility list from gigabyte site, no reference to G.Skill but u could find lots of models from the usual brands.

Said that i really dont see any reason for issues, but i will try to find some reviews on the board.
