    The 965 MOBOs are allowing the better use of RAM dividers or ratios so, you can get better RAM speed currently from a 965 MOBO. The 965 chipsets are clocking faster overall so you can hit a better CPU speed too.

    Also, you may want to verify with ASUS, but I heard that Crossfire support has been added to 965 MOBOs.

    I gotta say...ive tried ALOT of brand of RAM......OCZ, Mushkin, Patriot and my last lot was Corsair.

    The most reliable (not the best overclocker though) was Crucial. I use Ballistix (that does overclock well).
    Go to their website, type in your build and it will tell you whats best for your rig.
