DFI problem turn off and it starts right up again

Hi there just built a DFI RDX200 for a friend and when I go to shut it down it turns off then within less than a second restarts the only way I can make it turn off is to remove the mains lead or turn off the power supply at the mains.

It's not the PSU as I've tried another that's as far as I've got.

Any idea's?

Have you got the reset/power connectors the right way round on the board?
