Samsung Optical Drive Bezels!!!

Hi, i recently purchased a Samsung SH-182MRSMN 18x18 DVD±RW Dual Layer Lightscribe ReWriter (Beige,Black,Silver)Retail - i was torn between this drive and another drive because the specs were excactly the same so i chose this one becasue it came with a silver bezel and ive got a silver case!

The Silver/Black bezels i recieved are plain bezels when on the box they are advertised with writing on them I.E what formats it supports ETC...

Without this writing they look very tacky i mailed samsung about this becasue on the box they are advertised diffrently to the actual product

They Said:

Dear Mr. ????


All our retail drives are sold standard without "written bezel" parts,
therefor unfortunately we can not send you these.
If you prefer have these bezels you can buy these bezels parts by your local IT shop.

Now surly samsung can very easily make a printed Bezel!
also i doubt that i could walk into my local IT shop and ask for the bezel samsung are saying they cant supply me with!

A bit of a long **** i know but can i "Demand" a printed silver bezel as thats how its advertised!??

that doesnt actually say the have writing on, unless you mean somewhere else on the box...

if you look at that picture on the left it says comes with free bezels!
you cant actually see the picture of the bezels that well but the bezels have writing on them the same as the main picture

I don't believe you are in any position to 'demand' anything. Your only option would be to return the goods as they were originally to the place you bought them from and get an alternative. Even then, you're pushing your luck somewhat.
