Got a screenie of that Xclio-II case. Its got an Nvidia 7900 in it.
Is the 8800 roughly the same size as the 7900???
You can see dust build up from that main fan. But maybe that can be reduced by placing an outward 120mm fan on the rear.

The 8800GTS is actually the same size as the 7900s. I think approx 9inches.
The 8800GTX though, is 10.5 inches.
There are plenty of cases that will fit a GTX, but there are also cases where you can just remove one of the hard drive bays and then it fits. Some people even use a pair of pliers to bend the metal on the hard drive cage and then the card fits. And some people use a saw the cut the metal away. All that is easy to do and is no problem if you can just put your hard drive(s) in the other slots.
