    Question Good 60mm fan

I'm looking for a good 60mm fan to replace the stock one from the AK350 1u cooler.. i've modded the low profile cooler to fit on my 9700 pro.. im using a vantec nexus to control all my fans, and just replaced the stock NF7 nb hsf with the blue zalman.. even at the lowest voltage, the akasa fan is still the noisiest fan in my rig.
so now im looking for a low noise 60mm fan but still pushes some decent airflow.
    any suggestions?

How low can the fan go / how low have you tried the fan at? Some of the louder fans I've got will still spin up at 5V - might be worth trying.

If it's a buzzing type of noise then it could be the fan controller that's causing it - I don't know much about electronics but basically I have some fans that run fine slow when using a Zalman fan controller and some that buzz when using the pot' that came with a Thermaltake smart fan... Nothing I have buzzes if I 7V it or 5V it directly using the PSU though.
