Akasa Mirage-62 - question

Hi all,

I'm just about to spec up my new pc and i'm considering this case.

However im a bit worried my fan control unit will not allow the door to close. The unit i have is the link below.

Does anyone have this case and how do they find it?

I dont think it will, BUT at the same time, the back of the door CAN be removed, but even there it might be a bit tight.

The Eclipse is EXACTLY the same case bar the front door panel, maybe worth a look - I use one and personally I find doors just get in the way.

Eclipse62 - same case minus the door

I second that, I got the Eclipse62 for a friend when building his rig, it's a great case for system builders. Lots of cable tidying options. Very roomy for anything you might have in mind.

I have an eclipse and i have nothing but praise for it. My mate actually has the mirage, and he had problems with a fan controller. I had a door on my last case and it was open 100% of the time. Just gets in the way.

That's a really good score for the eclipse. Can't see any reason to get the mirage over it. At about £16 more, that's an expensive door.

Have the mirage as well as a rheostat fan controller; have had to push the fan controller in so it is flush to enable door to be closed. It looks fine like it though.
