Akasa AK-TC-11 ShinEtsu Thermal Interface Pads Question

Can I use Akasa AK-TC-11 ShinEtsu Thermal Interface Pads LN13839 to stick a heatsink onto a chip that has no clips or pushpins - i.e is it sticky enough to attach a small heatsink to a chip?

These pads are designed to replace the thermal compound placed inbetween the CPU and the cooler. As such they are not designed for sticking things to chips etc.
